Finico Danish oil is designed for the restoration and finishing of wood. The unique composition of the Danish Oil allows to refresh old varnishes and dull lacquers without having to use a stripping. Danish Oil is known worldwide by the antique furniture restorers for its properties and its usability.

Finico Danish Oil can be used with most interior furniture and woodwork. It provides a strong and resistant stain finish and is permeable to aging and yellowing of the wood.

Directions of use

Preparation : Stir the content thoroughly. On varnished or lacquered wood: Clean with oil thinner and a 00 steel wool. On raw wood: Sand evenly with 120 grit sandpaper and dust off the surface.

Application : Apply a generous oil coat with a stain pad or a cotton rag. After 15 to 30 minutes, remove any excessive oil by rubbing the surface with a cotton rag. Between coats, after 24 hours, perform a slight polish using a 0000 steel wool or an 800 grit sandpaper.
